FIELDS OF PRACTICE

CIVIL LITIGATION

We accept instructions for all types of litigious matters such as: Contractual disputes, Liquidations, Interdict applications, matters involving restraints of trade, claims for damages and the like.
We do not accept instructions for Road Accident Fund claims but refer those types of matters to an experienced specialist colleague.

COLLECTIONS

We gladly accept bulk collections instructions from clients ranging from individuals to large corporate clients. Tariffs and fees are attractive and are commensurate with volume and the quantum of claims.

LEGAL COSTS

We draft bills of costs in-house and present them for taxation before Taxing Masters. We also prepare bills of costs for colleagues.

LABOUR LITIGATION

We represent clients both employers and employees at the CCMA where permissible and at the Labour Court. We also litigate matters where there has been a breach of a restraint of trade.

COMMERCIAL DRAFTING

We prepare contracts and agreements of all types and for all circumstances. Each contract is bespoke and drafted specifically for a client and tailored to that client's needs.

MATRIMONIAL

We attend to all types of matrimonial matters, care and contact applications, maintenance matters, ante-nuptial contracts, divorces and the like.

WILLS AND ESTATES

We draft last wills and testaments on behalf of our clients, store them in perpetuity and attend to the winding up of the deceased estates. In addition thereto, we prepare deeds of trusts and attend on the Master for their registration.
